So the great news is that the initial muscle injuries caused (my guess) by compensation movement, have finally gone away, whee!!
the bad news is that if I do ANYTHING, lift a garbage bag, move a chair, weed for a minute, it starts to twinge and all the previous sore spots flare ever so slightly, plenty to give me a warning that they are not happy and I should stop what I am doing. The frustrating part is that I don't quite understand if this is caused because there is still healing to be done and I need to continue to behave, or if this is the way it is and I should try to find more exercises to strengthen it, or if I'm just supposed to grit my teeth and work through it. I have no idea how to tell which scenario is real, so going to try to get another set of PT appointments to see if he can give me more insight about this mess.
In the meantime, the garden edge wall never got built, the beds are vaguely weeded, and no moving of anything has happened in the condo, all of which is very frustrating...
